Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an IT Service Management (ITSM) Software Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 16 months. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around April 2026.
