This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Provision of Mobile Mammography Clinics as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The clinical requirements for the equipment are outlined within this proposal.
In consideration of Shared Health’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian and Non-United States suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Shared Health may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.
Proponents may submit more than one proposal that meets the desired clinical configuration if multiple options exist within the Proponents product offerings. Proposals shall be evaluated separately using the evaluation criteria as indicated.
For each option submitted, if more than one option is submitted, Proponents may also submit a proposal for Post-warranty services which may or may not form part of this Agreement. As a member of the Canadian Medical Equipment Protection Plan, Shared Health reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept any proposal submitted with or without accepting the proposal for Post-Warranty services submitted or associated therewith, if any.
Acceptance testing will be performed by Cancer Care Manitoba. The Equipment must meet the performance specifications supplied by the successful Proponents.
