    Description
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia to prospective Proponents (singularly “Proponent” and collectively “Proponents”) for the provision of cellular network infrastructure (a “Project”) to unserved and underserved (collectively the “Underserved”) locations throughout Nova Scotia as further described in this RFP. Build Nova Scotia welcomes creative solutions by proponents to improve cellular coverage to underserved locations. Specifically, this RFP is seeking proposals from Proponents to install cellular equipment on existing provincially owned infrastructure and other existing towers and/or infrastructure identified by proponents for the purpose of expanding cellular coverage in underserved areas of the province. In the interest of expediting project rollout, Proponents may include the use of temporary towers to increase coverage.
