This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for BNS-2627-0025 RFP for Former Lake Charlotte Mine Site Phase I/II ESA, as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).  This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. BNS is seeking the services of a consultant with experienced and qualified site professionals, senior environmental experts, and field personnel to conduct environmental investigations of the former Lake Charlotte gold mine, in order to provide Phase I/II ESA reports and a Class D remediation estimates for the Crown Land Properties.
