Work of this Contract comprises site improvements to the Haley Institute East Parking Lot, which is located at 58 Sipu Awti, in Truro NS. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing asphalt parking lot, installation of new subgrades and asphalt, parking lot line painting, new concrete curbs and walkways, and landscape reinstatements.
