Description
This Request for Supplier Qualifications ('RFSQ') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') on behalf of the Departments of Public Works (DPW) and Natural Resources and Renewables (NRR) to prospective respondents toqualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to potentially provide Maintenance Services on Petroleum Dispensing and Monitoring Equipmentfurther described in the RFSQ Particulars(Appendix B) (the 'Deliverables'). This RFSQ is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
The intent of this Supply Arrangement is to inform petroleum maintenance suppliers of a business opportunity with the Province through a Supply Arrangement for Petroleum Maintenance Services. Using the resulting Supply Arrangement, DPW and NRR intends to obtain petroleum maintenance services for small jobs, emergency repairs, and maintenance on petroleum related equipment including but not limited to dispensing, storage, and monitoring equipment in Mainland Nova Scotia and Cape Breton Island.This RFSQ is divided into two categories, Category A - Petroleum Maintenance Services for Mainland NS and Category B - Petroleum Maintenance Services for Cape Breton. Respondents may bid on one or more categories.
