Description
The Town of Stewiacke (the Municipality) is seeking the services of a recruitment firm to assist in the selection of a new Chief Administrative Officer for the Municipality. • The Scope of Work (the Work) shall include the following: • Initial meeting with selection panel to determine the skills, qualifications, abilities and fit required • Advertising and personal outreach • Applicant screening • Compensation report on equivalent CAO positions • Summary of short-listed applicants • Development of candidate testing and interview tools • Reference checks • Job offer negotiations
