This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the TOA to gather information from qualified individuals and/or firms regarding operations, maintenance, and technical support services for its municipal electrical utility infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, substation operations, distributed energy resources (DERs) such as solar PV systems, and associated electrical systems.
