Services Offered:
Proponents must provide both physical and psychological recovery and Return to Work (RTW) services. Offering both types may result in higher scores.
Access & Provincial Coverage:
Proponents must be registered in Nova Scotia and maintain a physical presence. Services should be accessible to all Nova Scotia workers, both in-person and digitally, across various settings.
Vendor Capacity:
Proponents must efficiently and cost-effectively deliver services, meet service level agreements (SLAs), and manage resources and performance. They should adapt quickly to demand changes.
Performance:
Proponents must maintain in-service status through transparent performance tracking and reporting based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs. Performance is monitored quarterly, with penalties for non-compliance or underperformance.
