The purpose of this RFB, is for the Ministry to acquire the services of one (1) supplier for the provision of labour, materials, and equipment required to ensure proper performance of six groups of essential systems equipment, for the Ministry’s laboratory complex at 125 Resources Rd, Etobicoke, Ontario, by conducting regular planned / preventative maintenance routines, and providing emergency repair services.
The following equipment types, and their associated peripherals will be serviced: compressors, vacuum pumps, air handling units, cooling towers, walk-in freezers and refrigerators, chillers, fume / vent hoods, exhaust fans, and heat pumps.
