Description
Ontario Health (“OH”), on behalf of the 14 Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) operating as Home and Community Care Support Services agencies (individually referred to as an “HCCSS” and together referred to as the “HCCSSs”), is issuing a Request for Bid (“RFB”) to contract with an authorized Gold or Platinum vendor with The Mitel Global Partner Program Vendor to ensure all HCCSSs sites are migrated and or upgraded to the latest version of MiCloud Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications system which will become the one provincial standard solution and provide ongoing Support and Maintenance services for any existing on premise systems and future MiCloud systems, for the term of the Agreement.

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
