Description
The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations as further specified herein.
The Successful Bidder will be required to design and administer the construction of the following scope.
- Replace roof sections B&C (50,484 sq.ft.). (Gym roof is out of scope)
- Replace roof top units. (Gym RTU is out of scope)
- Replace existing exterior windows complete with new window coverings.
- Replace existing exterior doors complete with door hardware.
- New exterior door hardware to be Stanley Best, keyed to match existing.
- To offset AC utilities cost design approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
