    Description
    The Canadian Museum of Civilisation Corporation (“CMCC”)], is requesting proposals from qualified
    Contractors to Provide complete service and maintenance, inclusive of all parts and labor for the existing
    York Chiller number 232 during a period of ten years.
    Such maintenance service is to have a one month maximum interval between calls, provide 24 hour
    emergency service of breakdowns and malfunctions, and a 2 hour maximum call back time for
    emergencies.
    The successful Bidder will receive a 10 year contract.
    
    A “MANDATORY” SITE VISIT SHALL BE HELD ON June 25, 2013 AT 10:00 AM IN ORDER THAT
    BIDDERS FULLY SATISFY THEMSELVES WITH REGARDS TO THE SCOPE OF WORK AND
    EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS.
    All bidders shall report to the Security Desk of the Canadian Museum of Civilization, Curatorial Building, located on 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec.
    All bidders MUST attend the site visit and sign the SIGN IN SHEET at the front desk to be eligible to submit a proposal. Bidders must be present by 10:00 AM to be eligible to attend the Mandatory Site Visit.
    No Questions will be answered during this Visit.
