RFSO – Civil Engineering Services – National Parks and Historic Sites in province of Quebec Category: Architect and Engineering Services C219C: Engineering Services C122A: Architectural & engineering services – highways, roads, railways, bridges and dams Notice Description: Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the provision of civil engineering services on an “as and when requested” basis mainly for projects in National Parks and Historic Parks in Québec. The services may include site investigation, planning, design and construction supervision for various types of civil engineering projects. Proponents shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in the province of Québec. It is Parks Canada's intention to authorize three (3) Standing Offers for a period of three (3) years with an option available to the Crown to extend the Standing Offers for one additional year. The total dollar value of the Standing Offer is estimated to be $3,000,000.00 (GST/QST Included). Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called-up; PCA will award call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed. Information meeting: prospective bidders can attend an optional information meeting that will take place on Tuesday July 16th 2013 at 10:00am. This meeting will take place at our Parks Canada offices in Chambly, Quebec, at 1899 De Périgny Boulevard. All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Annie Roy, telephone: (613) 938-5752, facsimile (613) 938-5785. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than ten (10) working days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
