Description
The High Commission of Canada in New Delhi is soliciting sealed proposals for commercial cleaning services and the provision of janitorial consumables at the Canadian Diplomatic Complex located in New Delhi, India. The High Commission of Canada in New Delhi, India is located at Shantipath Chanakyapuri, New Delhi on a premise which is about 11.85 acres consisting of Chancery building, services building and four residential blocks having in total 30 dwelling units. Canada House located at 4, Aurangazeb Road, New Delhi on a property measuring around 2.85 acres consisting primarily of the main house and a block of domestic staff quarters and 12 dwelling units. Work shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work enclosed herein. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Amanda Brockington E-mail: Amanda.Brockington@international.gc.ca Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) days prior to the closing date of the solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is a mandatory site visit scheduled for June 28, 2013 This DFAIT office provides procurement services to the Public in English and French The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
