    Description
    The Project:
    
    The Government of Canada, through Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada (DFAIT), is planning to dispose of its leasehold interest in Macdonald House, 1 Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, City of Westminster (London) UK.  The anticipated time frame for commencement of the disposal process is immediate and Her Majesty desires to close on the sale of the Property on terms acceptable to the Crown no later than the end of 31 December 2013.
    	
    Scope of Work: 
    
    1.0  Requirement
    
    Her Majesty seeks to sell leasehold interest in a mixed-used office and residential building at 1 Grosvenor Square, London, England, United Kingdom, having a gross built area of approximately 14,761 sqm. (the “Property”). The property is to be sold as-is. A leaseback of the property is expected if the sale is completed prior to 01 July 2014.
    
    2.0  Program for Disposal  
    
    Contractor will submit the Market Analysis / Project Plan within 15 Days of award of contract for approval by Departmental Representative. Upon approval of the project plan, contractor will within 15 days generate and provide marketing materials for approval by Departmental Representative. Subsequent milestones will include achievement of agreed commercial terms, agreed purchase and sale agreement, and the execution of those documents.
    
    3.0  Access to the Site
    
    Access to the site during the provision of the services is to be made by arrangement with the Mission Property Officer at the Canadian High Commission, London.
    
    The Contractor must be locally available to undertake the Work.  Contractor will not be compensated for any local or travel or other expenses.  The Contractor is responsible for all of its secretarial, administrative and travel arrangements and costs related to this Contract.
    
    4.0 Experience Required
    
    •	Adequate corporate experience consists of five (5) recent projects of the same size and scope or an equivalent combination of larger and smaller projects. 
    •	Adequate experience of proposed personnel consists of five (5) years of recent professional experience in a similar role and completion of three (3) recent projects of same size and scope or an equivalent combination of larger and smaller projects. 
    
    5.0 RFP Documents From GETS:
    	
    Proponents shall order from GETS the Request for Proposals documents which include the RFP Invitation.
    
    
    6.0 Selection Process: 
    
    The selection process is a one-stage competitive process wherein Proponents are invited to respond to this RFP and submit information relating to technical and price proposals. The proposals will be evaluated and scored as described within the RFP documents. The price proposal shall consist of an all-inclusive fixed price for the work. Should Her Majesty elect to proceed with a contract, the Proponent with the highest score will be awarded the Contract. 
    
    In case of discrepancies between this Notice and the Request For Proposals documents, the Request For Proposals documents shall take precedence.
