LOGISTICAL SUPPORT SERVICES - SPECIAL EVENTS

CMCC is requesting proposals from personnel agencies to provide logistical support services on an "as and when required basis" for special events at the Canadian Museum of Civilization's Corporation’s premises located at:

•	Canadian Museum of Civilization : 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec, K1A 0M8
•	Canadian War Museum : 1, Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0M8 

CMCC is seeking to establish a Collaborative Agreement with a reliable and qualified personnel agency to work closely with the Event Production section.  The supplier will, under the direction of the Logistics Coordinator, provide mantling and dismantling services of special events at the Canadian Museum of Civilization Corporation.

The term of the agreement will be 2 years starting October 1, 2013 with an option to renew for three (3) additional periods of 1 (one) year.
