    Description of the requirement:

The objective is to provide technical specialists to compliment an existing team of experts within the Innovation, Information and Technology Branch (IITB) of HRSDC. The resources needed are in the following categories of labour and level of expertise:

    •	System Administrator - Level 1
    •	System Administrator - Level 2
    •	System Administrator - Level 3

IITB’s consistent requirement for qualified IT Professional Resources has shaped the demand for an “as and when requested” contract that satisfies the need for these resources to be readily available for implementation into various projects while accommodating project and/or initiative time constraints.

HRSDC could require resources on an as-and-when required basis for short or medium term projects. For instance, additional resources could be needed to support mass deployments of new equipment or to provide assistance when physical moves or departmental relocations are planned throughout Canada. In addition, the Department is also looking for a Level 3 System Administrator that will coordinate specific needs such as remote location installations and removal including the coordination of disposals. All these services are described in this Statement of Work (SOW).

    Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract Award to March 31, 2017.
