This requirement is open only to those Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement under Tier 1 Stream Holders who qualified under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services. The RFP is issued against the (TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number EN578-055605. All terms and conditions of the SA apply and must be incorporated into any resulting contract. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: 1. OpenFrame Technologies Inc. 2. RainMakers Consulting Services Inc. Collective Minds Consulting Inc. in JOINT VENTURE 3. NavPoint Consulting Group Inc. 4. IT Services Canada Inc. (o/a NATTIQ) Description of the requirement: Shared Services Canada (SSC) requires the services of the following categories of personnel. Secret Enhanced Reliability Level Number of Resources P.5 Project Executive – Level 3 B.7 Business Transformation Architect – Level 3 B.7 Business Transformation Architect – Level 2 P.1 Change Management Consultant – Level 3 P.2 Enterprise Architect – Level 3 B.1 Business Analyst – Level 1 The Contractor will provide the services on an "as and when requested" basis in accordance with the Contract. On July 12, 2012, the Government of Canada invoked the National Security Exception under the trade agreements in respect of procurements related to email, networks and data centres for Shared Services Canada. As a result, this requirement is subject to the National Security Exception. Proposed period of contract: The resulting Contract will begin at the contract award date and will end on March 31, 2014, with 1 additional option period of six months.
