Work Stream 8: Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audit

The Financial Management Branch of Canadian Heritage requires the services of consulting firms to provide Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audit Services for programs under the following sectors:

•	Cultural Affairs
•	Citizenship and Heritage
•	Sport and Major Events

At this time in the planning cycle, the Programs have identified a total of 28 Recipient Audits to be performed in fiscal year 2013/14.

These audits are required within the framework of the 2013/2014 audit plan which concentrates on projects which the Department considers most at risk in accordance with the answers provided by the programs in a planning questionnaire earlier this year.
