Description
This requirement is for: Department of National Defence (DND) This requirement is open only to those Independent Reviewer Services Supply Arrangement (IRSSA) Holders who are qualified in the specific categories required. The RFP is issued against the (IRS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number 24062-080452/B. All terms and conditions of the SA apply & shall be incorporated into any resulting contract. Description of requirement The Department of National Defence’s (DND) Military Personnel Management Capability Transformation (MPMCT) project requires the services of an Independent Project Review (IPR) team to conduct a third party Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) Full Gate 5. The intent of this third party review is to confirm the completeness and feasibility of the detailed project plans as well as a technical review of the progress of the PeopleSoft upgrade/refresh (7.5 to 9.1).
