Summary of Work
.1 Description of Work:
.1 Work under this contract/package: Façades and Roofs Rehabilitations of 445-465 Sussex
Drive (Clarence Street to Murray Street) for the façades not facing Sussex Drive of NCC owned
building, but is not limited to:
NCC owned buildings along Sussex Drive (St-George to St-Patrick ) includes but is not limited to:
.1 Selective masonry cleaning
.2 Selective masonry repointing, stone repairs and replacement.
.3 Decorative metal restoration.
.4 Selective repairs to wood windows, doors and frames.
.5 Exterior recaulking.
.6 Exterior repainting.
.7 Foundations damp-profing and repairs.
.8 Roof rehabilitation and replacement.


A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 10am Ottawa time. The exact meeting place is on site on Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON. All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit.

There is a public opening scheduled shortly after the bid closing time in room 306 at 40 Elgin Street, 3rd floor, Ottawa, ON.

The procurement process of this tender is subject to Chapter 5 on the Agreement on Internal Trade.
