Description
To provide inspection, maintenance and emergency service coverage of all services required for the safe operation of CFIA OLF’s 2 passenger elevators and 1 freight elevator for 5 years. Objective/Tasks: To provide an all Inclusive service maintenance contract covering the inspection of all components related to the examination of all associated elevator equipment including adjustments, lubrication , written reports in accordance with T.S.S.A requirements following all applicable standards. These services to provided by a firm utilizing qualified Service personnel: Journeyman level licensed elevator mechanics in accordance with all regulations and applied standards under the tradesman qualification act. Provision for regular monthly maintenance reports.
