FOLLOWING WORKS ARE REQUIRES EXCAVATION, DISMANTLING AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW EXTERIOR WALLS, ROOF AND FLOOR FRAME, CEILING AND PARTITIONS. STRUCTURE, ELECTRICITY AND MECHANICAL WORKS AND PART ALSO OF SCOPE OF WORK. WOOD FIXED FURNITURE, INTERIOR FINISHES, NEW DOORS FRAMES AND HARDWARE INSTALLATION INCLUDING WATERPROOFING AND INSULATION WORKS Estimated cost of project is: 100,000$ to 200,000$ There will be a site visit on November 25, 2013 at at 10:00 am
