Decal Kit, Vehicle Stripe Type (Type 1) and Vehicle Call Sign Letters and Numbers

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for a firm quantity of 694 Vehicle Stripe Type Decal Kits (Type 1).

Additionally, the requirement includes a quantity of 9 Vehicle Call Sign Letters and a quantity of 27 Vehicle Call Sign Numbers.

Quantities are to be delivered to RCMP Post Garage and Fleet Management Units across Canada. Quantities are requested to be delivered 30 days following approval of the pre-production samples.

This requirement is not subject to CLCA’s; there are no deliveries to CLCA areas.
 
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Purchase Description PD-VE-27 dated 2013-11-04 and viewing sample. Purchase Description documents can be found attached to the RFP.

An RCMP viewing sample of Vehicle Stripe Type Decal Kits (Type 1) will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample. Viewing Samples for Call Sign Letters and Numbers are not available. The Viewing Sample for the RCMP Recruiting Decal (a component of the Type 1 Vehicle Decal Kit) is also not available and will not be included in the Type 1 Vehicle Decal Kit Viewing Sample.

This requirement is subject to AIT.

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods. 

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
