    Description
The purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualification (the “RFSQ”) is to solicit proposals for the supply of promotional products. The CTC is interested in proponents that can provide a variety of promotional products. See Statement of Work (Section C) for detailed requirements.

It is CTC’s intent to develop a roster of pre-qualified proponents’ “Roster”, which will be utilized as required to meet the CTC’s needs. At the final outcome of the RFSQ process, the proponents selected for the Roster (“Contactors”) may be required to collaborate with CTC’s service providers and partners to ensure that public relations and communications services are consistent with CTC’s mandate, brand and corporate strategy.

The CTC requires various promotional products throughout the year, with the majority of its promotional products used for its marketing activities to help promote Canada. The CTC requires promotional products to be delivered to various locations across the globe including the US, UK, Asia, in addition to the CTC headquarters (HQ) located in Vancouver, British Columbia (BC), for various trade shows and networking events, etc. The CTC may on occasion, require products that are made in Canada in order to meet the needs of our international markets.

Proponents will be asked to provide their experience and expertise in some or all of the products listed. The CTC desires proponents who can approach the anticipated promotional needs with
professionalism, innovation, diligence and timeliness, and who can demonstrate their due consideration for total quality of items and customer service.
