The Canada Centre for Inland Waters (CCIW) maintenance specification for elevating equipment is for the provision of all labour, materials, equipment and services necessary to carry out a preventative maintenance program for elevator equipment located at the Canada Centre for Inland Waters (CCIW), 867 Lakeshore Road, Burlington, Ontario, L7R 4A6. Provide a preventative maintenance program designed to maintain the elevator equipment in substantially new condition and maintain optimum performance. This program shall meet all requirements of the current CAN/CSA B44-94 Safety Code for Elevators, including supplements and pertinent appendices. The preventative maintenance program shall assure elevator components are thoroughly cleaned, and maintained clean, permitting unimpeded systematic inspections of equipment. The proposed contract will be from the date of contract award, 01 June 2014 to 31 May 2017
