This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for: A.5 ERP Technical Analyst – Intermediate The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal ADGA Group Consultants Inc. Aerotek ULC o/a Teksystems Altis Human Resources (Ottawa) Inc., and Excel Human Resources Inc., in JV Cistel Technology Inc. Donna Conna Inc., IBM Canada Limited in Joint Venture Eagle Professional Resources Inc. Emerion Fujitsu Consulting (Canada) Inc. / Fujitsu Conseil (Canada) Inc. IT/Net – Ottawa Inc. LNW Consulting Inc. Lumina IT Inc. Maplesoft Consulting Inc. PrecisionERP Incorporated Procom Consultants Group Ltd. S.i Systems Ltd. The VCAN Group Inc., Titus International Inc. in JV Turtle Technologies Inc. Valcom Consulting Group Inc. NOTE: Only invited bidders can summit a proposal for this TBIPS and bidders must have a FSC – Secret Security Clearance Description of the requirement: The Enterprise Solutions Maintenance Directorate (ESMD) of the Chief Information Office has the need for an ERP Technical Analyst to assist the current team with the ongoing maintenance and support of GC HRMS (PeopleSoft). The resource will work directly with the maintenance team providing expertise in GC HRMS development support. Duties may include: • Work in compliance with the programming and documentation standards and best practices as established by Industry Canada; • Provide high quality customer service support throughout the length of the contract; • Review program codes and correct PeopleSoft program errors; • Analyze requirements and create appropriate designs, development and implementation of GC HRMS projects; • Conduct working group sessions/interviews with stakeholders to develop technical specifications; • Collaborate with all members of the team to develop dynamic and flexible systems to meet the client needs; • Develop technical estimates, specifications and documentation for assigned workload as required; • Provide technical and functional guidance when requested and required; • Conduct defect analysis and perform necessary fixes and enhancements; • Maintain and update existing PeopleSoft program code as required; • Perform PeopleTools configuration; • Upgrade GC HRMS (PeopleSoft) application modules or apply application patch/bundle releases; • Configure and administer application/web servers; • Maintain Oracle PeopleSoft Security (User Profiles, Roles and Permission lists and Security Auditing); • Develop test plans and scripts; • Ensure project completion within the allotted timelines and budget; and • Troubleshoot production problems in a timely manner.
