    NATURE OF REQUIREMENT:
    Police Workload & Shift Analysis Consultant
    
    TRADE AGREEMENT:
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)
    
    REQUIREMENT:
    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Criminal Operations Branch (CROPS), “E” Division,  located at 14200 Green Timbers Way, Surrey, B.C., has a requirement for the services of a senior policing consultant to assess existing and future front line policing staffing needs.  The work will consist of performing analyses of the Computer Aided Dispatched (CAD) data, and the corresponding shift schedules of front line policing RCMP members to determine service delivery performance for calls for service from the Public.
    The consultant may be required to conduct site visits and interviews at approximately six (6) sites for a duration of three (3) to five (5) days each,  in British Columbia (BC).  The tentative locations to visit will be:  Prince George, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Salmon Arm, Prince Rupert, and Ft St John RCMP Detachments.
    The report writing can be done on or off site.  At the location of Work (on site), the work will consist of research and conducting meetings/discussions with business analysts, front line members, supervisors and executives; and provide knowledge transfer to RCMP Analysts.  
    The duration of the Work will be up to one hundred (100) days. The consultant will be required to submit status reports documenting services provided, address key issues and make recommendations to the RCMP Project Manager within one (1) week following each site visit. There will be a requirement for a final report outlining the accomplishments to date and the status of the outstanding work.
