With this Request for Proposals (RFP), Canadian Space Agency’s (CSA) plans to award one contract to analyze options for satellite constellations that could provide GNSS Radio-Occultation Data meeting requirements stated by Environment Canada (EC). 
The Option Analysis study has the following four objectives:
Collect information on each option; 
Establish an initial system concept for each option and assess compliance of proposed concept against EC GNSS RO Data requirements; 
Prepare high-level Development Plan to estimate ROM cost and feasibility; 
Trade-off Options.
