The purpose of this contract is to implement the Functional Services for Command & Control (C2) of Maritime Operations (short title for Project TRITON) as a set of software application services to provide commanders with required maritime information to make informed operational decisions.  TRITON will meet the requirements of at least 350 users at static & deployed operational sites.
