Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is: Environment Canada has a requirement for the above mentioned services. If you are interested, please send in your quotation to participate in an open competition for the project entitled “Transcription Services – Prairie Northern Region” in accordance with the Terms of Reference attached to the address noted below. More than one contract may be awarded against this request. Bidders will have the option of bidding for a regional contract or a specific location. Locations include Edmonton, Calgary, Yellowknife, Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg. The duration of the contract shall be from November 27, 2014 until March 31, 2015, with the possibility of 2 option years. To supply all labour, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform transcription Services for a period of one year commencing on date of signing with an option for a 2nd and 3rd year. This contract shall include requests from the following locations; Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and Yellowknife. The contractor will be required to perform the duties laid out in the Statement of Work listed below. The contractor will also be required to: meet the Organizational Needs; have the Mandatory Requirements; and have the necessary Qualifications and Experience in order to be a successful bidder.
