This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Laval and SADP Complex and Port-Cartier Institution Trade agreement: This procurement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada Health Services is seeking medicinal laboratory services for several institutions in the Quebec region. The Contractor will provide diagnostic testing and laboratory follow-up and will collaborate with institutional health care services teams, including nursing staff, among others. Objectives: Provide medical and diagnostic analysis services (blood, urine, stool and other bodily fluids or tissue) for Correctional Service Canada (CSC) in accordance with the Regulation respecting the application of the Act respecting medical laboratories, organ and tissue conservation and the disposal of human bodies. These services include the provision of centrifuge equipment and maintenance, collection of samples, analysis of bodily fluid/tissue samples and delivery of reports. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
