The contractor will deliver specialized technical training to the regional Compliance Promotion (ComPro) Officers of the Environmental Emergency Program (EEP) and to Enforcement Officers so they can understand, review and be able to provide technical guidance to regulatees on all elements of a process safety management (PSM) at industrial facilities that use, store or process anhydrous ammonia (CAS RN 7664-41-7), a regulated substance under the Environmental Emergency Regulations (E2 Regs).
