Business Service Class for Library and Archives Canada - TBIPS

(a) This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Library and Archives Canada for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply.  

(b) Bidders must propose one (1) representative resource for the following resource categories under Workstream 4, Business Services:

B.1 Business Analyst (level 2); B2. Business Architect (level 3); B5. Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Consultant (level 2) and B7. Business Transformation Architect (level 2).

(c) One (1) resource in the resource category B.1 Business Analyst (level 2); one (1) resource in the resource category B2. Business Architect (level 3); one (1) resource in the resource category B5. Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Consultant (level 2); and one (1) resource in the resource category B7. Business Transformation Architect (level 2) will be evaluated.  Additional resources will be assessed at the time that specific task authorizations (TAs) are issued to the contractor subsequent to contract award. When a TA is issued by Library and Archives Canada (LAC), the contractor will be requested to propose resources to satisfy the specific requirement.  The additional proposed resource(s) will then be assessed against the resource assessment criteria included in the TA.

(d) It is intended to award one contract for a one (1) year period, plus an irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
