DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – #HQ0437W – Request for Qualification, Design and Construct New Urban Operations Training System Village, Wainwright, Alberta Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting Proponents to pre-qualify for the design and construction of the new Urban Operations Training System (UOTS) Village which will be located in Wainwright, Alberta. The purpose of the pre-qualification process is to enable DCC to identify and invite the four (4) Proponents who achieve the highest total score in the pre-qualification phase to participate in the second phase of this competition to submit firm price tenders for this work. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the provision of all services, labor, supervision, supply and installation of all products, materials and equipment necessary for the design and construction of a new Urban Operations Training System (UOTS) Village and related infrastructure, including all structural, civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical components. Submissions from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of contractors who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. AMENDMENTS TO THE TENDER DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM MERX AS AMENDMENTS OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES MAY NOT BE THE LATEST. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $27,000,000.00 This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade and Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
