Nature of Requirements: 

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. 

1.1	The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Health Services require the services of a psychiatrist for via video conferencing for the following sites located in the Prairie Region; 

		Bowden institution 
		Edmonton Institution 
		Drumheller Institution 
		Stony Mountain Institution 
		Saskatchewan Penitentiary 
		Regional Psychiatric Centre 
		Edmonton Institution for Women 
		Grande Cache Institution 
		Okimaw Ohci Healing Lodge 
		Ps Sakastew Centre 
		Willow Cree Healing Lodge 

Objectives: The psychiatrist will provide psychiatric care services via video conferencing to offenders and collaborate with the interdisciplinary health services team that includes, but is not limited to nursing, psychology, social work, occupational therapy and other allied healthcare professionals.

Deliverables: The Contractor must provide hours of service Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00
– 16:30 for offenders as determined between the Contractor and Project Authority.

Expected Delivery Date:  From date of award for one year plus two one year option periods.

Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
