TINSMITH (SHEET METAL WORK) SERVICES QUEBEC REGION This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada - Quebec region. Trade agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid. Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for a Standing Offer Agreement to provide a maintenance Tinsmith (sheet metal work) services. The work under Standing Offer includes, but is not limited a qualified workers, parts, materials, tools and equipment necessary. Period of Standing Offer: From June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016. This Standing Offer is from one (1) year, with the possibility two (2) periods supplementary for one (1) year period. More than one Standing Offer may be granted for the Tinsmith (sheet metal work) services. The Contractor may bid for one (1) institution or more depending on his ability to serve in the designated areas. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
