Description
1.	This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-120001/PQ, and covers a requirement from the following Sub-Category of the SA: Side Chair.

2.	 Department of Finance has a requirement for the purchase, delivery of 180(qty) of Sub-Category Side Chair to 90 Elgin, Ottawa, ON by phased delivery schedule indicated in attached table.

3.	This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General stream of Suppliers (SA holders). 

4. 	This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement.  

5.	Following are the basic features and attributes required by Canada:
