    Nature of the Work:
    
    The work covered under this project consist of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material to install translucent panels which were installed almost 50 years ago for the fish Pond Left and Right Wing Structures (totally about 300 meter long) at Mactaquac Biodiversity Facility. This project is to upgrade these existing panels to make sure its safety in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of Contract. 
    
    Location of Work, Work site and Delivery Point:
    
    The site is located is Mactaquac Biodiversity Facility, 114 Fish Hatchery Lane, Kingsclear, NB E3E 2C6
    
    Mandatory Site Visit 
    
     The mandatory site visit will occur over a one day period on August 14th, 2015 at 11:00am at 114 Fish Hatchery Lane, Kingsclear, NB E3E 2C6. Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with getting from home base to the site. 
    
    The meeting location will be in front of main entrance to the Administration Building.
    
    Contractors wishing to visit the site must contact the Contracting Authority and to obtain further information/schedule.
    
    Please Note:
    -	If weather is poor on the scheduled site visit day, it will occur on the following day;
    -	A maximum of 2 persons per Contractor will be permitted;
    -	2 days advanced noticed is to be given to the Contracting Officer will respect to the          company and individuals attending the visit
    
    It is a requirement for all persons wishing to tender on this project to attend this meeting at the site to familiarize themselves fully with the scope of work and the tendering requirements.  The Bidder’s Representative must sign an attendance list and attend the entire site visit, to have their bid submission considered responsive.  
    
    Start Date: Upon Contract Award
    
    Completion Date: All work to be completed by December 04, 2015.

    Bidders should note that all questions regarding this request for proposals must be submitted in writing, No Later Than August 17, 2015, 2 pm (14:00 Hours) EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME to the contract authority.  The department may be unable to respond to questions submitted after that date. 
    
    Fisheries and Oceans Canada will not necessarily accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and reserves the right to reject any and all tenders received which shall be final and at the sole discretion of the Department.
