    Description
    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has the requirement for the demolition of an existing one story building located in Moncton, N.B.
    
    The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to:
    
    1.  Demolition of existing one story building including basement, located at 161 MacBeath Avenue, Moncton, N.B.
    
    2.  Site grading, and construction of a new parking lot including all civil and electrical requirements.
    
    All elements of the work must be completed by November 30, 2015.
    
    The estimated cost of this procurement is between $250,001 - $500K
    
    INQUIRIES:  All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Jeff Lockyer, telephone (902)720-5108, facsimile: (902)426-7136: email:jeff.lockyer@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.  Inquiries are to be made in writing and must be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
    
    
    This requirement is subject to Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

    Optional Site Visit – There will be an optional site visit held on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Contractors are to meet in the parking lot located at 161 MacBeath Avenue in Moncton, N.B.
    
    Contractors are encouraged to contact Jeff Lockyer (jeff.lockyer@rcmp-grc.gc.ca) to advise their attendance and to provide their contact information as this site visit may change at very short notice due to unforeseen circumstances.	 
    
     Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract(s) will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
