    DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – SD159901 – Base Garbage Pickup and Disposal, CFB Suffield, Alberta
    
    The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide Garbage collection disposal and Recycling Services on a regular scheduled basis, for CFB Suffield, Alberta.

    Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $397,000.00 per year, for 2 years of Service ($794,000.00).  Extension opportunities exist where this contract could be valued at an estimated $1,202,000.00 (including Statistics Canada Core Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases), should the contact be extended.
    
    Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000.  Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193S), paragraph 5.
    
    This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with
    Chapter 10 of the Agreement on NAFTA.
    
    Selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).  Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
