Description of Work:
-	Shared Services Canada’s Legacy Email Services has determined that a discovery phase will be required in order to assess individual partner requirements to determine, plan and design system upgrades and/or migration activities case by case.  The reason this discovery phase is required is because partners have different configuration, Symantec Enterprise Vault versions deployed and technical issues to address in their respective environments.

-	Legacy Email Services requires one (1) Business Transformation Architects to conduct the current production health checks, assessment of requirements and dependencies for upgrade and/or migration readiness, plan and design phase and to develop technical roadmap for Evault upgrade/migration path.
-	This requirement will be on as needed basis.

-	Legacy Email Services requires one (1) Platform Analyst to Assist to address technical issues, to assist in the preparation work associated with upgrades and/or migration, assist in the migration /upgrade activities, develop build docs for future upgrades, provide knowledge transfer and coaching to SSC resources assigned to this project.
-	This requirement will be on as needed basis.

-	Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
-	The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
