Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to perform Saskatchewan Penitentiary’s annual Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems Inspections.
Objectives: To inspect and test the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System to ensure Saskatchewan Penitentiary meets The National Fire Code of Canada 2005
Deliverables: The Supplier must:
- Contractor shall provide Fire Alarm Inspection & Test and Certification for the entire Institution, listing any and all deficiencies. There shall be one electronic copy and two paper copies of the documentation provided within 6 weeks of the completed inspection.
- Contractor shall, with the Inspection and Test Certification, provide a comprehensive Listing of all Fire Alarm Devices Tested as WORD or Excel file.
- Contractor shall provide complete documentation of the entire sprinkler test and inspection noting any and all deficiencies. There shall be one electronic copy and two paper copies of the documentation provided within 8 weeks of the completed inspection.
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2016.
