Description
Parks Canada Agency, Banff National Park, requires a contractor to supply all necessary labour, material and equipment to complete a make-up air addition to a 2 storey, 14 unit apartment building including upgrades to apartment exhaust systems.
The work includes but is not limited to all electrical, mechanical and structural upgrades required to complete the work in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
The project must be completed on or before March 31, 2016.
Site Visit on December 10, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the site, 117 Beaver Street, Banff Alberta. This will be the only opportunity to gain entrance to the roof and apartments prior to tender close.
National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than ten (10) working days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
