Description
The Research & Development Centre in Lethbridge, Alberta requires Building Control System Maintenance to an existing Siemen’s Controls System. The system consists of a server which runs Apolgee Insight Software programs and a BLN / FLN Network which operates PMX / SCU / MEC / MBC / DPU and TEC Panels and Expansion Boards.
SERVICES REQUIRED
The contractor will be required to provide :
a) On Call Service during ‘regular working hours’
b) On-site Maintenance Service which will include but is not limited to :
i) Custom programming and application services
ii) Software and hardware services
iii) Central system services and minor system upgrades
c) Emergency service outside ‘regular working hours’
d) Equipment installation and decommissioning
e) Panel Replacements
f) Technical Support
g) Training
