Description

The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) has a requirement to procure the services of a contractor to develop and implement a new Young Canada Works (YCW) management system to support administration of the YCW program, a grants and contribution program offered by PCH and various partnership organizations. The objective is to introduce a new management system for the YCW program which will address ongoing performance issues which have been identified by the YCW team and their partners.
