Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for a Contractor to manage the screening, placement, recommendation, and workforce management of offender workers for two work training programs, including the administration of remuneration and benefits.
Objectives:
To aid in the safe reintegration of Offenders into Canadian society by providing screening, placement, recommendation, and workforce management for part-time and full-time offender workers of the CWTP, including the administration of remuneration and benefits.
Deliverables:
The Contractor must, at a minimum, provide the following reports:
Monthly Work Management Report:
Such reports will be either extracted directly from the CORCAN database or custom developed, using spreadsheet or database software.
The report must be submitted within 5 working days after the end of the month.
Fiscal Year End (April 1st to March 31st) Consolidated Work Management Report:
A Fiscal Year End Consolidated Work Management Report capturing all the information included in the Monthly Work Management Report indicating the offender work hours from April 1st to March 31st must be submitted.
The report must be submitted within 5 working days after March 31st of any given year.
Job Placement Tracking Report:
This report must be cumulative from Fiscal Year start to end and, at a minimum, must show:
- Number of offenders screened;
- Number of offenders interviewed;
- Name of each offender worker recommended for placement by the Contractor;
- Work placement position title/category for each offender worker (including part time and full time);
- Work placement start and end dates (where applicable) for each offender worker; and
- Work placement status at 3 and 6 months for each offender worker.
A template for this report will be provided by the PA.
The report must be submitted within 5 working days after the end of the month.
Ad Hoc Reports (as and when requested by the PA):
These reports must gather, integrate and organize relevant report analyses and information for use as a reference source by the PA.
The deliverables must be delivered in a Microsoft Office format.
