In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the commissions will be managed, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional environmental consulting services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at CFB Esquimalt, British Columbia and any of its ancillary sites

The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) is to select three (3) firms, who will be placed on a SL with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $3,500,000, for a an initial term to June 23, 2017.

If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $2,500,000 at any time.

Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $150,000 and $250,000; the maximum value of a commission is $500,000.

The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
