    Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Source List for Multidisciplinary Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services, TT15SL01, Toronto, ON and various locations in Southwest Ontario.
    Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements atESS Toronto and its ancillary sites at various location inthe Greater Toronto Areas and SouthwesternOntario.
    The objective of this RFAP is to select three (3) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $2,000,000.00, for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment.

    If mutually agreeable between the Consultants and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two one (1) additional year periods and increased in the order of $1,000,000.00 at any time, resulting in a total possible maximum value of $3,000,000.00. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $5,000 and $70,000; the maximum value of a commission is $100,000.
    The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire or any amount.
    Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise. The three (3) highest ranking firms selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element will be invited to be included in the source list.
    This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
